Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost and when should I expect my order to arrive?

We offer shipping within the domestic United States. You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by FedEx. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O.Boxes or APO/FPO addresses which are not available through FedEx. Orders cannot be shipped COD. Flat rate shipping for FedEx Ground is $10. COVA offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $75 by entering promo code FREESHIP. All merchandise orders are fulfilled promptly within 48 hours of receipt of your order. All orders received after 1:00 PM PST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays. COVA is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and original packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@cova.com

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with the fit, comfort and color of your COVA purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can exchange or return your regular priced items within 30 days of your purchase. Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. Exchanges are accommodated by submitting your returned garment and placing a new order. A refund will be issued to your card within 48 hours of receipt on the returned item. All original tags must be fully attached to returned items. All items sold should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed once received. How do I submit a return? COVA has a 30-Day Return Policy. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. All items must have original tags attached and must be unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns shipping after the 30-day grace period has expired or if items are not in the same condition as you received them in. What is your policy on damaged items?

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact customer service at info@cova.com
